Please use this tool to apply for the 2008 NSF Physics REU program at the University of Washington.

An application requires two steps

  1. Completion of the online form found below. Note that the form requires you to enter the names and email addresses of two references that can provide letters of recommendation. At present, there is no option for saving a partially completed application. Therefore you should be prepared to provide this information before starting to complete the form.
  2. An official transcript mailed by your college registrar.
    If you have attended more than one college, it may be advisable to send a transcript from each. Please have the transcripts sent to
